General Regulation

  1. Registration, mandatory submission of the ATC liability waiver, registration form, practitioner or player license. Without these documents, registration at the Academy will not be accepted.
  2. The lessons have a duration of 55 minutes at all levels, and the distribution of students across the various groups within these levels is done according to technical level, availability, and age.
  3. The monthly payment should be made at the beginning, if possible, by the fifth business day of each month.
  4. At the time of registration, the monthly fee as well as the annual FPT fee (insurance and FPT affiliation fee) will be paid.
  5. The Tennis Academy and its classes operate throughout 12 months. Therefore, upon registration, the acceptance of payment for all months is implied, unless Article 12 of this Regulation is referenced.
  6. The monthly fees do not have discounts for holidays.
  7. In case of a change in the number of weekly lessons, the monthly fee will be adjusted according to the respective price list.
  8. Students who pay for the entire year in October will enjoy a special 5% discount, but in case of withdrawal, the monthly fees will not be refunded.
  9. In case of injury or illness, a discount may be applied upon presentation of a medical certificate.
  10. Students who do not pay the monthly fee by the fifth business day may incur a 10% increase. In case of non-payment for a month, the academy may prevent the student from attending and they will lose their spot in that schedule and class.
  11. In case of absence, even with prior notice, the student loses the right to the training, and this is not subject to compensation or refund.
  12. If the student wants to temporarily quit the classes and wants to keep the spot, they will have to pay the full monthly fees.
  13. Classes may be closed if there is not a minimum of 3 students per lesson. This does not affect the students who remain in those classes.
  14. The student is considered enrolled in the academy, unless otherwise indicated. If they wish to revoke their enrollment, they must do so with the coach within 15 days from the date of withdrawal.
  15. During the school year, the tennis academy closes on official and municipal holidays, as well as on December 24th and 31st.
  16. Rain may prevent lessons from being conducted due to the impracticality of the tennis court. In these circumstances, students may engage in other tennis-related activities, such as physical preparation or lessons in a covered tennis court (if available), or at another designated location.
  17. Parents and/or guardians should not speak to the coach or students during lessons in order to avoid disrupting their proper functioning.
  18. At the time of registration, the fee for the FPT license for the season will be charged (includes sports insurance). Without this procedure, attending classes is not possible.
  19. The tennis school closes for 2 weeks per year, with no change in the monthly fee during this period, as the fees are already calculated with this break included.
  20. This regulation may be altered, and any changes will be communicated via email.

    We inform you that at the academy, we occasionally collect images, photos, and videos of classes, tournaments, or special days, which may be used on our website and social media pages, among others, for the purpose of promoting our sports activities. At the time of registration or renewal of enrollment, the acceptance by guardians and students of the use of these images for the aforementioned purposes is implied.


Competition Regulation

  1. Athletes who wish to be part of the competition must adhere to this Regulation, under penalty of non-acceptance of their registration or attendance in these groups.
  2. All training sessions have a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  3. ​Payment of Monthly Fees from October to September (inclusive):
    • a) Competition payments will be made monthly, by the fifth business day of each month;
    • b) Students who pay the monthly fee in the following month will incur a 5% increase. In case of non-payment of a monthly fee, the academy may prevent the student from attending, and the student will lose their spot in that schedule and class;
    • c) The Tennis Academy and its classes operate throughout 12 months. Therefore, upon registration, the acceptance of payment for all months is implied, unless Article 6 of this Regulation is referenced.
  4. At the time of Registration, it is mandatory to provide a sports medical certificate. Without this certificate, the student will not be able to attend the classes, and these will not be refunded or subject to compensation.
  5. All students must be members of the federation and represent the Tennis Academy for the corresponding season.
  6. Any tennis player who wishes to withdraw from training must notify the coach 15 days before the end of the month. Failure to do so will require them to pay the corresponding monthly fee.
  7. The creation of classes and different coach/student groups is solely the responsibility of the coach. If necessary, the Tennis Academy may combine classes.
  8. The player must arrive on the court at the scheduled time, prepared for the start of the training and properly equipped for tennis practice. A justification must be provided to the coach in case this point is not fulfilled.
  9. Players who are part of Inter-Club teams must be available whenever there are matches. The guardian and the player must provide a justification to the coach for their absence in a match, with a notice of 5 days before the match.
  10. The coach may suspend training for a period deemed necessary if a player exhibits unsportsmanlike behavior during training or tournaments. This suspension will not be deducted from the monthly fee.
  11. There is no discount in the monthly fee or makeup training when the student gets injured or travels to participate in a tournament.
  12. This regulation may be changed without prior notice. All matters not covered will be resolved by the coach.
  13. We inform you that at the academy, we occasionally capture images, photos, and videos of classes/tournaments/special days, which may be used on our website, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms as a way to promote our sports and educational activities.

    At the time of registration or renewal of enrollment, the acceptance by guardians and students of the use of these images for the aforementioned purposes is implied.
